Most orders are dispatched on the same day or the next working day. We offer Pan-India delivery through reputed courier partners, and delivery usually takes approximately 2–6 working days, depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

We offer free shipping within Assam. Shipping charges outside Assam are displayed at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details can be shared upon request.

Products sold as Pure Paat or Pure Toss are clearly identified on the respective product pages. Every Pure Paat product from Silkagaar is made in Suwalkuchi and comes with both a Suwalkuchi Silk Testing Laboratory certificate and Silk Mark certification. Pure Toss products come with Silk Mark certification.

No. Silkagaar offers products across different fabrics, techniques and price ranges. Our collections may include pure silk, cotton, blended fabrics, handloom, powerloom, woven, embroidered and printed products. Relevant fabric and production details are mentioned on individual product pages.

Yes. Products undergo a quality check before dispatch. Our premium silk products receive additional protective packaging, including premium packaging and rain-resistant outer protection, to help keep them secure during transit.

We make every effort to represent product colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings. Small weaving variations or irregularities may also naturally occur and are not necessarily considered defects.
